Terrace Road

Formerly known in the Victorian era as "Yeoman's Lane" this important thoroughfare links Spring Gardens and the Town Centre with the Market Place and Higher Buxton. This particular photograph was taken from outside the Buxton Museum, which in itself is worthy of a visit. It is highly recommended to take a stroll through the ages via the award winning "Wonders of the Peak" gallery.
This Peak District Museum also contains an art gallery which holds frequent exhibitions by past and present artists.
