Pont d'Espagne is in The National Park of the Pyrénées, which begins just above Cauterets. This is a spectacular route, where waterfalls and torrents of the gave shoot past every side, until the road levels out and ends at the bridge of Pont d'Espagne. The whole area, specially to the west, towards the Balaïtous, is a maze of paths, lakes and peaks. |
